I use to be that person that thought self-love affirmations were pointless & silly. I didn’t think they actually worked.
It wasn’t until a couple years ago, when I started my eating disorder recovery, that I realized the importance of affirmations!
Instead of starting off my day with negative self talk, try starting your day with positive self-love affirmations — even if you don’t fully believe the affirmations you are saying!
It’s all about planting that seed, starting to re -wire your brain, & getting into the habit of speaking to yourself kindly!
You deserve to look in the mirror & love what you see! You deserve to look in the mirror & compliment yourself! 💕
