How fun is this site? I feel like I'm back in my Myspace days!

What are some ways you practice self-care?
Self care is very important to me. After my daughter's birth, I had a rare syndrome that made me feel disempowered. Before having Olivia I always meditated daily, but after her birth my syndrome forced me to include a variety of food options and exercise to my ritual. I also love going with my friends once a month to the spa and just being girly girly with them. It's truly about listening to your body and heart, and honoring it them both.

How would you describe yourself in one word?
Warrior

What is one item you cannot leave the house without?
My Apple Watch. It has all my appointments. If someone calls me, I can easily speak into it and respond right away. I can check on my daughter and the nanny when I am not home through our camera linked to my phone. It's has my calendar and appointments. I have my hands free to do everything else I need to do and never miss a thing.

What is your strangest beauty hack?
Sleeping all night face up on my back at 65 degrees. I love sleeping in the cold.

What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual?
My morning ritual is the following: Before my daughter wakes up, the first thing I do is give myself 30 minutes to feel relaxed, happy and emotionally nourished through meditation, reflection on my day ahead and grateful thinking along with my cup of coffee. I then spend and hour with my daughter before she goes off to school. After my workout I begin my workday.

My nighttime ritual consists of the following: We value family time and we have dinner as a family, sing, tell stories, and dance. It's a fun time and it fills my soul and home with happiness. When I get some time to myself, I have a little notebook beside my nightstand, and I write about my successes during the day, and things that I want to work on. I review my calendar and review it to make sure I am as ready as I can to take on a new day!

Some ways that I practice self-care would be by being consistent with my skincare routine, being active outside in the sun for some endorphins (going for a run, playing volleyball at the beach, hiking, anything active I’m there), and sometimes by saying no to things that don’t serve me. We often neglect ourselves by trying to say yes to others, but in the long run you can only do some much for others if you aren’t happy.

My number one beauty inspiration changes day to day. I’m often inspired by my mom’s natural beauty, by my dad’s sense of style, and the different styles of my friends, but I also find beauty inspiration in random people or even someone I stumble upon on IG. It just depends on what beauty means to me in that moment. I generally don’t wear much makeup, but sometimes someone with a full face beat will inspire me to try my hand at it. Sometimes I’ll find beauty inspiration in someone completely opposite of my style. It just depends.

If I were to describe myself in one word it would be Intricate.

One item I cannot leave the house without is lip balm!

My strangest beauty hack is sleeping in socks. lol. Feet need beauty sleep too. I like to hydrate & moisturize my feet with lotion then coconut oil & keep them tucked away in fuzzy socks overnight.

P.S. bonus beauty hack is applying my makeup with my hands - no makeup brushes. Yes, foundation included. It’s more free-flowing & it’s great for everyday ‘no makeup, makeup’ if you don’t need much coverage. & of course you save money on brushes! 😄

My morning ritual usually consists of me starting off with a quick stretch. I especially do this on early mornings to get my blood flowing. Then all hygiene and my skincare routine aside I like to ground myself. I get anxious these days so I like to practice grounding techniques to bring me back down to Earth. This usually consists of me being still, taking a few deep breaths, then organizing my thoughts. I will write down everything that I need to do for the day prioritized in the order that I need to do them. Seeing myself check off what I’ve accomplished from the list encourages me & keeps me from being overwhelmed. Then I hop to it!

My nighttime ritual consists of another skincare routine, practicing French, then winding down to some Netflix in bed. I often fall asleep to a funny show (The Office), or a cheesy movie that doesn’t require much brain power. I know, I know to anyone judging me falling asleep to background noise. It’s not a must, but it is a guilty pleasure. :)

-What are some ways you practice self-care?

I love taking care of my plants! I've become quite a plant lady during quarantine and they're all thriving!

I also meditate once or twice a day, do breathwork, and practice yoga daily.

-Who is your number one beauty inspiration?

I absolutely adore natural beauty, so in the SI world, Kelsey Merritt! Most days you can find me with only SPF and no makeup. I'm also Filipino so I look up to her so much!

How would you describe yourself in one word?

LOVED.

What is one item you cannot leave the house without?

My water bottle! Goes with me everywhere, even in restaurants. Haha.

What is your strangest beauty hack?

Using Aveeno Body Moisturizer for my face. So WEIRD but it works. My skin glows.

What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual?

My morning ritual is I awaken to the feelings of gratitude, being blessed, and being abundant. Then I walk around my house checking on my plants to see if any new baby leaves are sprouting!

My nighttime ritual is involved. I MUST shower before going to bed. So I take a long hot shower, I do my skincare routine with includes a simple Neutrogena face wash for sensitive skin, Mario Badescu toner, my Aveeno lotion, haha, and eye cream. Then I brush my teeth, floss put my retainer on, and snuggle with my boyfriend and we fall asleep cuddling most nights.

Hello Joanna!!! I might be late to the game on this but I answered your fun questions below :)

I practice self-care with a facemask and a good cup of tea or Kombucha. Getting that beautiful glow both on the outside and your insides! Oh and I frequently visit a neighborhood plant store and bring home more plant children to love on.

My number one beauty inspiration is my mom and grandma (cliche I know). In a world where people have lots of work done (which absolutely nothing wrong with this!), I love that they have aged beautifully and gracefully. They take care of their skin and it shows. I am so thankful and feel uber blessed to have their genes to count on!

I would describe myself in one word as ME! I'm a hot mess weirdo but you always know what you are going to get ;)

I cannot leave my house without my refillable water bottle + reusable straw. BIG drinker (hehe water drinker that is). So I always want to be able to stay hydrated and be sustainable while running around.

My strangest beauty hack is... oh geesh idk. I drink aton of detox tea to constantly flush out bad toxins from my body. In response I spend a lot of time in the bathroom :/ hahahahahaha

My morning ritual is to wake up when my body wakes me up... I hate alarms!! When I do my first stretch, my sweet 80 pound lap dog (Golden Retreiver, Maverick) will jump up in bed with me and flop right on top of me. I love on him for a hot second, pop up, wash my face/moisturize and start to brew some water for my pourover coffee!
My evening ritual is to wash my face, do my overly long nighttime serum/moisturize/mask routine, brush my teeth and cuddle with Mavo while my husband and I chat about the day and typically end our convo with some serious belly acheing laughs.

Side note: I never had Myspace (sheltered private school kid) so this is fun hehe!

I am all about taking candle-lit bubble/salt baths (I call them "moon goddess baths") and playing "Om" chant music while I breathe and return back to my empowered self.

My number one beauty inspo is a famous singer in Korea named, Hyolee.

How would you describe yourself in one word?

Dynamic.

My mask.

What is your strangest beauty hack?

I look at myself in the mirror and tell my reflection how beautiful and radiant I am, and give thanks to my face/body for everything it's done for me. Speaking things into existence works, including beauty!

Morning ritual: wake up, visualize, make coffee, read books by new thought authors.

Nighttime ritual: drink herbal tea, bubble bath, read new thought books.

I practice self care by exercising, reading, cooking, and looking at houses on zillow (and getting upset when the 5 million dollar house I was TOTALLY about to buy gets sold)

My beauty inspiration is Rihanna. She is just so cool and does whatever she wants, regardless if it's trendy or not

I would describe myself as ambitious. If the idea of something scares me, or if it's risky, I'm going for it anyway! Life is too short to look back and wonder what if.

Strangest beauty hack- I put castor oil on my eyebrows.

My self-care practice starts with my thoughts about myself. I truly believe that we create our own world by thoughts, words and actions. so just to begin the day with the brightest smile, gratitude for the new day and self-love affirmation helps me great. I love to be good to my body: dancing, walking, loving every part.

Ashley Graham. The first time I saw her Instagram page, it was like " Yeah, sister! Exactly!" I like how she empowered other women to be proud of who they are inpendent from opinions of other, to be bold and generally her spiritual views.

-What are some ways you practice self-care?

I love to practice self-care in many different ways. I raise butterflies and I enjoy yard work. Butterflies are one of my favorite creatures and to care for them and watch the transition amazes me EVERY time. I enjoy walking rescue dogs and working out. I recently recovered from reconstructive ankle surgery so saunas and pedicures help me relax :) I truly am trying to meditate more.

What is one item you just cant leave home without?

I have 2 favorite items actually; My fanny pack and my Yeti waterbottle.

What is your strangest beauty hack?
My strangest beauty hack may be my obsession with olive oil. I put it around my eyes and lips. I also use it it to remove my makeup.

What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual?
My morning ritual varies :) I am a Stretch Therapist and Health Coach, so sometimes I am out the door pretty early. We have three rescue dogs, so they require love and exercise in the morning! I really enjoy putting my earphones in, putting on the “Insight Timer” app and start my morning ritual with positivity and good energy. I always have a juice and protein shake. I love fruit in the morning! If I have a quiet morning, I will go for a long bike ride or head to the gym.
I am working on meditation, which is a challenge for my busy mind 😝

My nighttime ritual is relaxing. I always shower before bed... hang with our 3 rescue dogs and try to meditate. I like to use the Insight Timer app. It calms me down from the day and helps relax my mind. I always wash my face with my natural products, of course brush my teeth and add my eye cream. I use a sleep mask a few times a week to keep my skin hydrated. I am addicted to facial sprays! I use them throughout the day because it gets pretty humid here in South Florida. Im also loving my amazing products I have been get from Ipsy!

Some ways I practice self-care are mani/pedis, facials, hair cut/color, getting out in nature and of course a good sweaty workout!

My number one beauty inspiration would be Cindy Crawford! She is timeless, iconic and a natural beauty!!!!

One word to describe myself would be CONFIDENT!!

One item I cannot leave the house without is chapstick!

My strangest beauty hack would be to use Lumify eye drops on a pimple. The active ingredient
Brimonidine constricts the blood vessels and decreases redness. Just using sparingly, not all the time😊

My morning ritual is to wake up, pet and love on the dogs, make coffee and breakfast then relax for a few before heading to the gym.
My nighttime ritual is washing my face and moisturizing, sometimes using red light therapy mask then moisturizing and watching a tv show before bed!

What are some ways you practice self-care?
My biggest one is fresh air and sunlight. Getting off my phone, going for a surf, or a run just to get my body moving. I spend a lot of time at the moment reading books, it makes me focus on the future me I want to be rather than focusing on the past or on issues of the present.

Who is your number one beauty inspiration?
Hailey Beiber is someone I admire a lot

How would you describe yourself in one word?
Outgoing

What is one item you cannot leave the house without?
A hair tie on my wrist or in my hair haha

What is your strangest beauty hack?
I dye my own eyebrows, saves me time and money. Not sure how good of a job it is but I'm still paying the bills with modelling

What is your morning ritual? What abut nighttime ritual?
Mornings, I don't look at my phone when I wake up. Jump up, wash my face, brush my teeth, shower, make my breakfast smoothie and get my hustle on

Night time, dinner, shower, skin routine, light a candle, read, plan out my next day with a to do list I can cross off, meditate, sleep.

Hi Joanna and SI! I am new here as of earlier today, but I’d love to answer some of the questions.

What are some ways you practice self care?
I practice self care in many ways. I either just binge out on popcorn and watch re-runs of That’s So Raven with my kids, sew fabulous creations on my sewing machine, or read my favorite book of fairytales!
I really enjoy a great book and even enjoy most doing fun activities with my kids because it reminds me how much I adore us and that is what really relaxes me.

Who’s is your number one beauty inspiration?
My number one beauty inspiration is Audrey Hepburn. She is literally the woman of women. She is the type of gal who does what she feels and says what she feels with such elegance and that is so powerful to me.
A woman who can live her life knowing that whatever she decides to do or say she just does with confidence.

How would you describe yourself in one word?
Ambitious !!

What is one item you cannot leave the house without?
My purse! I feel so naked without it haha.

What is your strangest beauty hack?
I wash my face twice at night just to give my face that extra beautiful feel before I go to bed.

What is your morning ritual?
I wake up and do 4 arm stretches for 10 seconds each, get my coffee going, wash my face, brush my teeth, vacuum the living room (because this relaxes me), get dressed, and then go to work!

Night time ritual:
Dinner, shower, give the kids a bath, family movie time, snacks, teeth brushing and then it’s off to bed to have a beautiful nights rest!

What are some ways you practice self-care?
I practice self-care by surrounding myself with great friends, taking breaks from my phone and getting good sleep. To me, self-care is taking the time to care for myself, physically and mentally, even when it's inconvenient. I find it so important to keep up with self-care routines when I'm busy and traveling. It helps me center myself and live a more fulfilling life.

Who is your number one beauty inspiration? Ashley Graham- I mean, this doesn't even need an explanation.

How would you describe yourself in one word? Determined

What is one item you cannot leave the house without? A snack, always lol

What is your strangest beauty hack? Tea bags under my eyes when they're puffy. I also love putting my face roller in the freezer and using it in the morning.

What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual? Morning- Wash my face make a cold brew (trader's joes concentrate is so bomb) and walk my dog. Nightime- Shower, get comfy, spray this aaaamazing lavender yoga mist in my bed (my fiance really hates this one lol) and read a book.

~My number one beauty inspiration is Rihanna! Not only is she a makeup/skin care/fashion guru and Grammy Award winning artist, but she's also an extremely successful business woman. I absolutely love her!

~If I had to describe myself in one world, it would be vivacious

~I CANNOT leave the house without my EOS lip balm. I REFUSE to have dry, chapped lips. That ain't cute.

~My strangest beauty hack comes from my mom. She told me that if you slather Vaseline on your hands and feet, then sleep in gloves and socks, you'll wake up with super soft hands and feet. Weird but it works!

~My morning ritual is to drink a nutritional shake, get a good workout in at the gym, then cook omelette eggs for breakfast.

~My nighttime ritual is to binge on some Netflix show, FaceTime my friends, and put on a clay mask to detox my skin overnight.

My number one best way to practice self-care is exercising daily, the gym really is the blueprint to self-care and also living a healthy life.

I'm independent I work hard, I pay bills, and I maintain myself. When you see me know that's all me I'm not kept, I do the keeping.

I can't leave my house without water

What is your strangest beauty hack?

Before sleeping, I put vaseline on my lips, so when I wake up the next morning, my lips are soft and smooth!

What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime routine?

My morning ritual is waking up at 6 am and going for a 10k run and my night routine is showering and washing my face with Alya skincare products then jumping in my pyjamas and binge watching Netflix or Keeping up with the Kardashians. ❤️✨

What are some ways you practice self-care?
-I ask for what I need. Sometimes this looks like saying no to friends & family, which is totally okay & nothing to feel guilty about. Other times it’s letting it be okay that there are a few dishes in a sink & that when you need a minute you just need a minute. Listen to what your body needs. Also, baths, beds, & beauty bundles.

Who is your number one beauty inspiration?
-Blake Lively! I love that she seems goofy and relatable. Like she can be bold, sexy & look like a supermodel but at the same time have the most hilarious photos out there that her and her husband tag each other in. Basically they hilariously troll each other online & it is amazing. They are goals. I love that she is real, raw and I honestly just want to be her friend.

How would you describe yourself in one word?
-Authentic

What is one item you cannot leave the house without?
-My baby. Lol just kidding typically my laptop!

What is your strangest beauty hack?

  1. One no hair dresser would recommend is lemon in your hair to help lighten it!
  2. Oil pulling- gargling coconut oil to make your teeth whiter. It works!
  3. Lemon for breaks- cut a lemon and put a little bit on your breakout! It reduces redness, inflammation & has antiseptic qualities.

What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual?
Morning: I get up and spend time with my son, play, eat breakfast & get him off to daycare. It’s all a rush really. Honestly I need to leave more time for myself!
Nighttime-after picking my house back up from my tornado of a toddler, I like to take a relaxing bath, spend some quality time with my husband or I enjoy my much needed alone time. I like to stretch, think & disconnect from my phone. Especially putting my phone away before bed it’s been helping me sleep.

-- What are some ways you practice self-care? Spending time in nature is probably the biggest one. I go hiking 3-4 times a week (when the air isn't so smoky from wildfires!), and I'm outside for at least an hour every single day. I also love reading (romance and personal development) and eating good food as forms of self-care.

-- How would you describe yourself in one word? I would say "multifaceted", which ties really well into my submission theme this year. There are so many sides to me and so many layers to me. I'm a model AND a search and rescue K9 handler. I'm an extroverted entrepreneur AND an introverted bookworm. I'm bubbly and outgoing AND I'm quiet and introspective.

-- What is one item you cannot leave the house without? Chapstick! My lips get dry so easily, so I always have to have chapstick with me.

-- What is your strangest beauty hack? My skincare routine is largely sweat and dog slobber - does that count? 😂 Of course, I have a face wash and lotion that I love and use every day, but there has been infinitely more sweat and dog slobber on my face than face wash or lotion. 🤷‍♀️

  1. One of the ways I practice self care is setting aside a whole day just for me! Waking up early, cleaning my house, and getting myself pretty! I take the day to just feel really proud of myself and getting things done for MYSELF!

  2. This is a no-brainier for me...my #1 beauty inspiration is Olivia Culpo! She is always so well put together and makes it look effortless!

  3. The one word that describes me is definitely caring. I can't help but to want to make people happy when they're down.

  4. The one item I cannot leave my house without is my Burts bees chapstick!! I could be 20 minutes away from home and realize I forgot and just turn around to go back and get it LOL!

  5. The strangest beauty hack that I always do is put tinted chapstick on my cheeks! It creates a simple glow while also giving my cheeks pretty natural color!

  6. My morning and night ritual are both the same BUT simple. I make sure my face is clean with wet towelettes, I use Aveeno face wash and top it all off with Nivea face moisturizer. In the mornings, I sometimes use tinted face sunscreen if I don't feel like wearing makeup while running errands. :)

I'm constantly moving between my engineering job, law school, volleyball training, house proects, it's so nice to just have a cup of coffee with a warm blanket, or take a bath with some epsom salts and a candle, or honestly just spend some time being creative, be it baking, playing the guitar, or painting.
-My number one beauty inspiration would have to be Blake Lively. She exudes class while showing beauty and high fashion. She seems to have a great personality as well which shines through.
-To describe myself in one word would be: determined
-I cannot leave the house without a hair tie! I never know when I will get the urge to do something active! (and these days, my mask!)
-Strangest beauty hack would likely be saving coffee grounds to use to exfoliate my body (caffeine brightens the skin plus usual exfoliating benefits!)
-Morning ritual typically consists of a cup of coffee and a walk with my dog. I just bought new patio furniture so hopefully relaxing outdoors during the sunrise will be added to the routine! My nighttime ritual is definitely cuddling with the pup. I am so busy during the day it is nice to spend the time to show him some love and not take him for granted.

I practice self care by staying hydrated and doing at home facials. I have my cheat days but I also am a foodie I’m weak for a good pizza or pasta. I like to workout at the beach that is where I get most of my energy from.

My beauty inspiration is Olivia Culpo not only is she stunning but she keeps a good energy around the people who sorrowing her!

I describe myself as an old soul. I have a record player and play 50s, 60s and all the way up to 80s music. I love the vibe with a record player gives you instead of playing music on my phone.

One item I cannot leave the house with is my wallet. I’ve left the house without my phone before but that’s ok money is what you’ll need in order to survive out there! Haha

My strangest beauty hack is using coffee To exfoliate my entire body. I feel that it actually works and it’s safe. Sometimes it can leave a mess behind but worth it.

My morning ritual, I wake up I take 2 shots of Apple cider vinegar to help promote a healthy stomach. I suffer from stomach pain and gastritis but this has helped me out or I’ll have water with lime. Then of course, I can’t go anywhere until I drink my coffee!

time Routine, I like to make myself ginger tea and at times I leave a face masks on and do a skin care routine. Maybe 2 times out of the week I’ll have a large glass of wine next to me while I watch movies with the bf. 😇

I practice self care by every now and then giving myself an hour of my day to go through my thoughts and things I’ve done that I am proud of or that I could do better. This is so fun!!! I have 2 best self-care practices. One is a killer all out sweaty red-faced High Interval Intenisty Training workout. The endomorphins are so good for the mind and body. Number two-time for myself at night to watch a fave netflix show to stop thinking about the day and distract myself from any negative thoughts.. What are some ways you practice self-care?

I love a good bubble bath, while listening to my favorite podcasts. I practice yoga & meditate frequently to keep myself balanced. And of course I love getting cozy on the couch for movie night with my family!

Can’t I pick two? 😁 I love Kate Hudson & Drew Barrymore! They are both beautiful inside & out. I’ve always been inspired by them for being strong women in a “man’s world.” They both seem so sweet & genuine, and Drew has a makeup line, that is stellar btw!

Warm up your lash curler with your blow dryer. But don’t get it too warm!

My morning begins around 6 am, wake up the kiddo, make sure her lunch is ready. Begin getting ready for work, pause, get kiddo on bus safely, return to finish getting ready. Stop by and grab a sugar free Red Bull for the extra sleepy mornings.

Nights are my favorite! I immediately get rid of my bra. Hello! Take a nice bath, wash my face & apply all of my skincare faves. (This probably takes the longest-hehe) Tuck in my sweet girl and watch Golden Girls with my fiancé.

My morning ritual is my favorite part of the day. I try to beat my mom to turning on the coffee machine, and we have our morning coffee talk every morning. We cuddle with our dogs (always boosts my mood), and I actually stretch every morning! Nighttime is pretty simple, skin care, a cup of tea, and probably the Real Housewives.

What are some ways you practice self-care?
I get up at 5 to meditate for 20-45 minutes, then I journal and go workout. I have not missed a day in 7 months and oh my world has changed. I feel FREE and at ease. The challenges that would break my happy mood before, no longer effect me. I am so grateful for mentors online who have helped me see the importance of having a morning ritual :)

Who is your number one beauty inspiration?
I am inspired by many women on the daily. I have such respect for any woman who is willing to be vulnerable and open up about their struggles with the world.

So I already told you about my morning routine (5am wake-up, meditation, journaling and workout) but what is so special about it is that nomatter how I feel when I wake up, I make sure to get into a space of gratitude and joy during the first part of my morning. Sometimes it takes a while if I have been struggling with something the previous day but I always manage to get there. In my workout I strive to push my body further than I did in my previous workout. I have learned to appreciate it feeling uncomfortable to push myself that much because AFTER the workout I feel so strong and confident and because I overcame a massive challenge in the beginning of my day - nothing can stop me for the rest of it.

My night routine is pretty simple. I go to bed at 9. Sometimes I will write in my journal if there is something that I need to reflect on and if not I will put on a meditation of some sort to fall asleep being in a positive state.

I always try and encourage women to start a morning or night routine that works for them. It has changed my life and I want everyone to experience that :)

I brush my teeth, shower (either in the morning or night), moisturize, put on the kettle to make tea, and walk my dog which helps me fully wake up and get moving.

Hi everyone! I love how SI Swim created a community where we could all network and support one another! I love connecting with amazing individuals.

Some ways that I practice self care is stretching and moving my body, such as yoga or weight lifting. I also take deep breaths and meditate and enjoy saying affirmations to myself. Face masks, lighting a candle, and cleaning my room is also another form of my self care.

My number one beauty inspiration is Jennifer Lopez. She looks incredible and looks way younger than her actual age by practicing a proper diet and exercise and beauty regime.

Describing myself in one word is hard but if I had to choose it would be a dreamer. I'v aways been one to dream big and I always encourage those around me to do so as well.

I'm not sure if this is strange but my strange beauty hack is patting toner with my hands into my skin instead of wiping it across my face with a cotton pad.

My morning ritual is saying a few things I'm grateful for, making my bed, brushing my teeth and doing my skincare, and making a nutritious breakfast. My night routine would be to take a nice shower, brush my teeth and do my skincare, journal, then stretch.

@rlmcfadden1 My number one beauty inspiration-I couldn't let this one go: Althea Gibson. She was the first black female athlete to cross the international lines of the tennis world. First black female athlete to win a Grand Slam. She then went on to win many more. If that were not enough, after she retired from tennis, she became a pro golfer. This woman was beautiful inside and out. She chased her dreams and made her dreams come true. To me, she is a number one beauty inspiration. Beauty is way more than just is what on the outside.

What are some ways you practice self-care? Going for walks (by the beach if possible), watching a great television program and baking.

Who is your number one beauty inspiration? My number one beauty inspiration is my Mom. She never wears makeup and looks beautiful without it. She takes great care of her skin and feels beautiful rocking it.

What is your strangest beauty hack? Using Neutrogena Makeup Wipe Removers to get rid of deodorant stains. Works every time.

Lots of water and a protein-packed meal leave me feeling fueled. Nighttime is time to wind down with favorite TV shows, time speaking with friends/family and cuddling with my dog.

Been doing it since my teenage years. Another is taking in a fish oil and green tea every day, as I believe a lot of beauty is literally from the inside out :)

@JoannaGiunta my number one beauty inspiration is someone’s soul. Someone who has been through a lot, maybe experienced hurt but still shows so much love, kindness and wonder to the world and others ❤️

Favorite self care has to be yoga and the spa. Working with people and their emotions all day can sometimes off set my energy as an empath; so yoga is so very nourishing to my mind, body and soul. It allows me to be present and really take inventory on the day. I Always feel refreshed energetically after a yoga session.
