What are some ways you practice self-care?
Read a book, walk my dog and leave my phone at home, eating healthy but don't mind splurging on the weekends, I listen to podcasts especially Jay Shetty's, do face and hair masks, and overall I staying true and honest with myself about how my day and week has been so I can learn and give myself credit where it's needed and lastly being kind to myself.
Who is your number one beauty inspiration?
Gisele Bundchen because she is so beautiful from the inside out and has a very inspiring story. She really cares about people, nature, health, family, and is a free spirit!
How would you describe yourself in one word?
This is a tough one, but I would say a dreamer
What is one item you cannot leave the house without?
Phone so I can be in touch with friends and family
What is your strangest beauty hack?
I'm really good at filling in eyebrows and make them look natural and put a light shade of eyeshadow to create the perfect highlight and arch.
What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual?
Every night I take my makeup off, cleanse and moisturize, followed by brushing my teeth. My dog sleeps by my bedside so I always kiss him goodnight and tell him that he's the best boy :). In the morning's Ollie (my dog) and I have morning cuddles before we start our day and it's the best way to wake up. I brush my teeth, shower (either in the morning or night), moisturize, put on the kettle to make tea, and walk my dog which helps me get moving and motivated for the day.
