• What are some ways you practice self-care?
some of my favourite ways to practice self-care include alone time, honestly if you can get some time to yourself I highly recommend it! Walking barefoot outdoors helps me reconnect with my roots and feel a sense of being grounded. I enjoy floating in the ocean, swimming, free diving honestly anything in the water which is why I live in Grand Cayman! I talk to myself every morning and night, remind myself of things I've overcome, things my body allows me to do and the things I am blessed to have.
• Who is your number one beauty inspiration?
This is a no brainer!! I've ALWAYS BEEN SO INLOVE with Audrey Hepburn, her poise, philanthropist work, her grace and kindness! Aswell as the one and only Cindy Crawford everything about this human leaves me in awh. from model, to actress, business women she's conquered so much!
• How would you describe yourself in one word?
ambitious. First time I heard the word to describe me was my elementary school graduation! Who knew!
• What is one item you cannot leave the house without?
My water bottle hahaha I sweat non stop living in the caribbean need to keep up with my water intake!
• What is your strangest beauty hack?
raw apple cider vinegar is my go to for everything! I drink it, use it in my hair, my face, my cooking its the jack of all trades!
• What is your morning ritual? What about nighttime ritual?
Morning ritual: I have these scratch cards with daily or weekly tasks either focused on confidence, love, relationships etc ill pick one at random (they are in a bag beside my bed) and focus my attention that day on whatever the practice is! I also love mantras and small meditations to start my day off in a motivating mindset. also COFFEEEEEE seriously I'm obsessed!
Nighttime ritual: I love my sleepy time tea!!!! Its infused with valerian root which is a natural plant that helps reduce stress, anxiety, and overall just really helps me to wind down in the evening before bed.
