I'm am not only blessed but also super thrilled to be live within a moment at reaching towards my goals! It's a difference walking with your head held high, as entering this platform affirms within me the resilience continually fueling my work on a daily basis. My body is a walking testament to just that and as a woman, I am proud to own IT!!!

How do I own my confidence? I have a few things that I constantly do. One thing in particular that I ALWAYS DO is challenge myself. Joining the competition was one huge challenge for me. Another thing that I am currently doing to boost my confidence is to learn the splits for the first time .. . and hopefully I will be there by the time I turn 62 in a couple weeks.

In order to get into the splits, I realized I needed to work on my balance by strengthening my pelvic floor. I believe if your physical body is in balance and healthy it will transcend into other aspects of your life. So now, no matter where I am I lift my leg and practice my balance and then I hold it as long as I can and repeat. Own it girls!!!
