Last year I swore off buying jewelry on the spot from boutiques because it's truly such a gamble. The temptation is real. It’s so easy to get roped into buying sparkling dainty beauties, but we have to be strong. You never know if that $50 ring will last you years or turn your finger green in an hour.
These brands pass my criteria of being tarnish resistant, affordable (but not cheap) and, of course, really cute. None of these are blinged out with real gold or diamonds, hence the under $100 price tags, but you still need to handle with care. Avoid getting excessive water, lotions and perfumes on your jewels to extend their lives.
