2023 SI Swimsuit Rookie Madisin Rian’s Must-Have Armani Beauty Products

The model, who is the face of the luxury makeup brand, makes her SI Swimsuit debut this spring.

SI Swimsuit rookie Madisin Rian is best known for being the face of Armani Beauty. The partnership, which she gushes was a total “dream come true,” began five years ago.

“In a lot of ways, SI [Swimsuit] actually reminds me of Armani [Beauty] because of just how lovely it is to work with everyone,” she says. “It’s such a classic brand that’s been around for so long and it’s so respected and everyone is just amazing. It’s all about strength, confidence and embracing yourself as a woman—no matter what age, no matter what ethnicity. They’re so diverse and really inclusive when it comes to showing representation of every kind of woman that there is and that makes me really happy.”

Rian hopes young girls see themselves when looking at her SI Swimsuit photos, similar to the way she served as representation when her Armani Beauty partnership began in 2018.

“Being [a] Black woman [and] to be the face of [Armani Beauty] is such an honor for me,” Rian says. “What I’m doing is definitely, in my opinion, making a statement and changing a narrative for women in general, but especially Black women in fashion. To have this platform to also be the face of Armani Beauty, it’s like a duty, it’s a responsibility for me to represent so many women out there.”

Rian has tried and tested all of Armani Beauty’s products. She knows most of the items are a splurge, so if there are two that are total must-haves, she says it’s a good foundation and the perfect red lipstick.

“I’m in love with the Luminous Silk Foundation,” Rian says of the brand’s fan favorite. “I love dewy [finishes]. It’s just super natural and light.”

“It’s the perfect red,” Rian says. “I mean, that red is the ultimate red. It’s iconic and it’s a staple of the brand.”
