Alex Morgan was the woman of the evening at her foundation’s first Celebration of Confidence gala on Oct. 11, and she certainly looked the part.

The professional soccer player, who is co-captain of the U.S. women’s national team, looked absolutely stunning and resembled a marvelous sunset in a pink-and-orange color-blocked satin gown featuring spaghetti straps and a short one-side slit.

Her brown locks were loosely curled and super smooth and she accessorized with  long dangly earrings, a statement watch, several bangles and bracelets, and silver metallic stilettos. The NWSL star, who plays for San Diego Wave FC, opted for a full-glam makeup look, including subtle eye shadow, wispy lashes, rosy blush and a glossy mauve lip.

Morgan, who is a three-time SI Swimsuit model and 2019 cover star, flaunted her ultra-toned arms, radiant smile and sun-kissed glow. The 34-year-old posed arm-in-arm with her husband, Servando Carrasco, and reflected on the event, which was held at San Diego’s Farmer & The Seahorse restaurant, in her latest Instagram post.

“My first @alexmorganfoundation Celebration of Confidence gala was a success! Couldn’t have made this night possible without my friends and family, our incredible partners, and the San Diego community🫶,” she captioned the carousel she shared with her 10.2 million followers. “We are just getting started!”

The Alex Morgan foundation is dedicated to creating equity, opportunity and resources on and off the field and supporting girls and women to forge confident paths in sports and in life.

“A night for the girls,” the organization captioned a post from the event.
