Kamie Crawford and holiday gifts

Kamie Crawford and holiday gifts.

As the oldest of six girls, SI Swimsuit model Kamie Crawford describes her holidays as “loud, but like, in the best way.” The model and television host prides herself on her ability to find thoughtful, curated gifts for each of her siblings when the holiday season rolls around.

“I always take into account what my sisters’ interests or likes are,” Crawford says of her gift-giving methods. “We all have a similar style but there is something that makes us all unique. For instance, Milan loves a cozy set, so I can’t go wrong getting her a fabulous pajama or loungewear set. Kenadi loves gold and Kendal loves silver. They’re twins so jewelry is usually my go-to and I get them both the same piece but in their favorite metals. My sister Victoria loves inventing in the kitchen so last Christmas I bought her a KitchenAid stand mixer with the pasta attachments so she can make her own pasta. Karynton is artsy, so anything camera-related is a hit. One year I got her a mini drone and she used it to capture some really fun moments on our family vacations.”

And while Crawford usually springs for some kind of big ticket item catered to each of her siblings, she says that her family has a somewhat unusual gifting rule among them.

“We do have an unconventional Crawford Christmas rule that if you don’t love a gift you received, you can pass it on to another sister and no one can get offended,” she says. “With there being so many of us, we are bound to gift someone something they already have, so we will literally be like, ‘anyone want an Alo sweatshirt?!’ and whoever gets to it first, gets it. People always laugh at this when I tell them, but it works for us and I’ve gotten some great stuff out of our little unintentional gift exchange!”

Regardless of what your own family traditions are, Crawford says the following 11 items are perfect presents for your siblings this season, from home goods and accessories to beauty and wellness.

Theragun Mini, $149 (therabody.com)

“I got this from SI Swimsuit in a gift bag my first year and I literally can’t travel without it,” Crawford says of the Theragun Mini. “It’s the best gift for the sibling that travels or works out a lot or even someone who deals with general muscle pain.”

Dyson Airstrait, $499.99 (dyson.com)

“My sister Victoria put this on her Christmas list after using mine,” Crawford shares. "It’s truly life-changing. It’s a straightening hair dryer that can take your hair from wet to dry. I use it on my natural hair and my extensions. A bigger ticket item for sure, but a really great investment hair care tool.”

Ami Colé Hydrating Lip Treatment Oil Set, $42 (sephora.com)

“I don’t leave the house without one of these in my bag,” Crawford says of the lip oil. “It’s so rich and the set is perfect for your sibling that already loves beauty or is just starting to dip their toes into makeup (pre-teen approved!). Plus, they’re Black-owned!”

Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia Home Candle, $80 (jomalone.com)

“A gorgeous candle is always on my Christmas list,” the two-time SI Swimsuit star notes. “Buying luxury candles for yourself can sometimes feel like a splurge, so they make the perfect gift that will fill the home with so much warmth.”

Heaven Mayhem Mini Knot Silver Earrings, $85 (heavenmayhem.com)

“I’m newly obsessed with these after seeing my sister Karynton wear them,” Crawford says. “Such fun statement pieces, you really can’t go wrong with any of the earrings as a cute stocking stuffer.”

Oura Ring, $299 and up (ouraring.com)

“I have been using an Oura Ring for the past few months and I absolutely love it. I can track my sleep cycle, my workouts and there’s an option for cycle tracking, as well,” Crawford says of this gift that’s perfect for fellow wellness lovers. “Just be careful with sizing— you’ll want to be precise before ordering for your sibling!”

Hatch Restore 2, $199.99 (hatch.co)

“Another great gift for your working girl sister or the sibling that is trying to get better rest,” Crawford advises. “And its aesthetically pleasing, a win for Gen Z and millennials alike.”

CSB Freedom Scrunch Leggings, $74 (shopcsb.com)

“If your sibling loves fitness or is looking to get into it, get them a cute workout set!” Crawford suggests. “Nothing excites me more about working out than a new workout outfit.”

Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, $23 (sephora.com)

“I don’t know what [Rare Beauty founder] Selena [Gomez] put in this blush, but I am obsessed,” Crawford gushes. “So many beautiful shades to choose from—these make for a great gift for your sibling that loves glam!”

Nespresso Aeroccino3 Milk Frother, $69 (amazon.com)

“My sisters got me one of these one year and you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t a barista,” Crawford quips. “I love making my matcha in this and it has both cold and hot drink options. Perfection.”

DEZI Drippy Sunglasses, $95 (dezi.co)

“Run. Don’t walk,” Crawford instructs. “These are my favorite frames right now and if your sibling loves accessories, they’ll love these sunnies!”
