Genie Bouchard Is a Fairytale Vision in Purple Satin Mini Dress With Sheer Paneling

The professional athlete donned her best for a night out in Miami.

Friday, Oct. 20, was a big night for two of our very own SI Swimsuit models. A new Italian-inspired restaurant opened in Miami, Fla., and professional tennis player Genie Bouchard was there to witness it. The restaurant, named Casadonna, is co-owned by Noah Tepperberg, the husband of 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie Melissa Wood-Tepperberg.

The opening was a momentous affair, calling for appropriately glamorous outfits. Bouchard answered the elevated evening wear call in a stunning dark purple satin mini dress, featuring a sweetheart neckline, mesh paneling and diamond detailing along the hem. She paired the figure-hugging number with silver metallic lace-up high heels and a tiny lilac crocodile print handbag.

“Miami nights 🔮💜,” the 29-year-old captioned an Instagram post from the evening, featuring various angles of her fairytale ‘fit and a look at the restaurant’s fabulous outdoor space.

We were certainly enamored with her night out look, a sentiment shared by her followers, who declared their awe for her chic style in the comment section.

“Dress made for you!!!” one follower gushed.

“Beauty inside & out! 💜,” another added.

“So cute and classy 🔥❤️🔥” one said.

The incredible evening was just one in a series of lovely ways that the Canadian has been spending her off-season from tennis. Ahead of the 2024 schedule, which begins with a possible appearance at the Australian Open in January, Bouchard has been enjoying some well-deserved time away from the courts—and flaunting her impeccable style along the way, too.
