Hello, my beautiful SI Swimsuit friends! I thought we would switch things up today and dive right into a workout. If you're able to, I'd love for you to take a few minutes out of your busy schedule and come sweat it out with me. You won't regret it!
If you're new to my workouts, welcome! I am SO happy to have you. All of my workouts are designed for you to accomplish anytime, anywhere. They are specifically built to fit into your schedule to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Today we will do a low-impact total body toning workout – so grab some light weights and come tone with me!
We will be working our whole body, every major muscle group: arms, abs, booty, and legs! A low-impact workout, you can do this at home in just a few feet of space, and the best part, you won't disturb your roommates or neighbors. In only 18 minutes, you WILL feel the burn, get the blood flowing and start to break a sweat.
