Try this healthy One-Day Detox created by Katie Dunlop, founder of Love Sweat Fitness and creator of the 7-Day Slim Down and 14-Day Shape Up meal plans. It’s the perfect way to give your body a break and help you feel incredible in no time.

Detox Tips:

  • Water is your BFF! It helps boost your metabolism and cleanse waste from your body. Aim to drink at least 2-3 liters per day.
  • Sip on dandelion tea. It’s a great natural diuretic that can help your body detox and debloat.
  • Feeling hungry? Try adding additional healthy fats like avocado or nut butters to your meals today.

One-Day Slim Down

**Drink one large glass of water first thing in the morning with your daily probiotics (optional).

Meal 1:
Start with 1 large celery juice on an empty stomach. Feel free to add lemon, ginger or parsley for additional detoxing benefits.

LSF Slimming Smoothie

- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 large cucumber, cubed
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup fresh or frozen papaya, cubed
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
*Add all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add ice as desired for thickness.

Strawberry Hazelnut Chia Pudding

-⅓ cup of chia seeds
-1 cup strawberries, sliced
-⅓ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
-⅔ cup of almond milk
-3 tablespoons of hazelnuts, chopped
-½ cup vanilla yogurt

1. Mix the chia seeds with ⅔ cup of water in a small bowl and set it aside.

2. In a large bowl add strawberries, hazelnuts, shredded coconut, almond milk and yogurt. Gently mix together

3. Add the chia seeds to the mixture and gently mix together until well combined.

4. Divide the mixture into two small jars and store in the refrigerator, allowing to set for at least one hour before serving.

AB&J Smoothie

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 serving plant protein or Greek yogurt
*Add all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add ice as desired for thickness.

Slim Down Salad

Spicy Turkey Bowl w_ Cauliflower rice

-Fill a single serving bowl or plate with mixed greens or baby spinach.
-Add 4 ounces of protein: tofu, chicken breast or salmon.
-Add raw or roasted detoxing veggies like artichoke, asparagus, beets and radishes.
-Add 1-2 tablespoons of a healthy fat like avocado, hummus or an olive oil/vinegar-based dressing
-Squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
