In the Kitchen With SI Swimsuit: Nasi Goreng

Take your taste buds to Bali with this twist on fried rice.

Last fall the SI Swimsuit crew was lucky enough to travel 36-plus hours to Bali, where we stayed at the phenomenal Soori Bali. We can just imagine sipping on a Balinese cocktail and watching the sunset on the black sand beaches in front of the resort’s restaurant. (If you are wondering why we are only imagining that, it’s because, natch, we were working during those hours.) All the same, we did get to enjoy some incredible food while visiting and you can too with this Soori-style Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice) recipe courtesy of the chefs at Soori Bali.
