We Can’t Get Over Penny Lane’s Leg-Baring Black Mini Skirt and Leather Jacket Look for NYFW

The model took the streets of Manhattan in the most stunning and chic outfit.

The stars are out for New York Fashion Week, and, as always, we have found ourselves in total awe of their ever-fashionable street style. Every single outfit that we’ve seen in the crowd at NYFW’s coveted shows has been utterly inspiring—and none perhaps more so than one of Penny Lane’s latest looks.

The 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie is celebrating the week-long occasion of all things luxury fashion, and she brought her best style to bear on the streets of New York while she was at it. It’s winter in Manhattan, and Lane dressed accordingly in a mini black leather skirt, which she wore over a pair of sheer black tights. She paired the Acne Studios number with a figure-hugging black turtleneck and a washed blue leather jacket from the same brand. With a pair of black knee-high boots and a small black handbag, she completed the chic streetwear look.

“NYFW wearing @acnestudios do you love the blue leather jacket?” There’s no doubt about it, we do love it, as did many of Lane’s Instagram followers.

“Gorgeous,” fellow 2024 SI Swimsuit rookie Sharina Gutierrez complimented the model.

It was, by all accounts, an expertly styled look for the high-fashion event in New York. With NYFW ending today, it may have been one of the last that we see from the week-long series of festivities. And while we dread the end of the fashionable content, we’re grateful that Lane took us out on such a high note.
