Why You Should Try Juicing and Where To Start

Try Samantha Hoopes’s Juice Recipes for Glowing Skin

SI Swimsuit model Samantha Hoopes has been juicing it up recently so we thought it was time to share some of the many benefits of such blending. Fresh juices are a great way to get a boost of easily absorbable nutrients every morning. They are alkalizing, which helps combat acidity (hello, third cup of coffee). Juices are extremely hydrating and easily digestible because the fiber is stripped, all of which will give you glowing skin from within. Making juices yourself is also far more cost efficient than store bought and allows you to concoct exactly what you like.

Very few of us need more appliances in our homes to clog up counter space, but if you’re going to make an exception, make it for a juicer. If you already have a juicer, great. If you're in the market, we suggest one from Breville. They are compact, powerful and simple to clean.

Check out some of Sam’s go-to mixes. You can head to her Instagram story highlights to see how much of each ingredient she uses, but don't be afraid to vary them according to your taste.
