A late summer trip to Italy calls for high fashion, a fact that actress Shay Mitchell knows well. The Canadian more than delivered on the request for black tie attire at a recent wedding that she attended at a Roman villa.

The Pretty Little Liars star shared a series of photos from the destination event to her Instagram on Sept. 6, highlighting her absolutely gorgeous outfit and makeup. She donned a red hot bodycon dress with chic feather detailing from The New Arrivals for the black tie occasion. With a clear pair of high heels, Mitchell really put her best spin on a fabulous Cinderella fit.

“wedding tip: slippers are a must,” she noted in her caption. “Congrats @sarahpeluser & @ambassadorshah on your beautiful celebration of ❤️ Thank you for giving me a place to wear this dress to. Jk Love you both.”

Mitchell highlighted both her unique princess-inspired shoe choice and the beautiful gown she wore for the occasion. She slicked back her dark brown hair for the night, adding an even greater level of sophistication to the look.

The 36-year-old rounded out the look with a chic pair of small black sunglasses, diamond drop earrings and a bright red lip. The series of photos featured Mitchell prancing around in her high fashion evening wear and taking to the dance floor alongside the bride.

She certainly rocked the red dress and slippers, which, according to her, are the new wedding must-have. And after seeing the photos, we might just have to get our own.
