Head to the kitchen with SI Swimsuit models and get some inspo for your daily menu.

Ever wondered what the SI Swimsuit models eat on a daily basis? From pizza to smoothies to potato chips and everything in between, our models will devour it all.

Breakfast

A typical breakfast looks like Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free bread toasted with mashed avocado, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of pink Himalayan salt with a side of fruit like watermelon, blueberries or pineapple.

Lunch

I love my lunch to be bake-free whenever possible. I like cooking at night but in the middle of the day when I am very hungry I like to have recipes that I can whip up quickly and are healthy. My go-to no-bake recipe would have to be a can of garbanzo beans strained and washed mixed with tomato, bell peppers, feta, cucumbers and avocado, topped with olive oil, Himalayan salt, cracked pepper and a dash of lemon juice. I like to stay as hydrated as possible so on top of drinking liters of water throughout the day I like to eat bowls of watermelon whenever I have a meal or am looking for a snack. It’s a great way to fill me up while hydrating my body and keeping my skin nice and hydrated.

Snack Time

Some of my favorite snacks are sliced apples with almond butter or celery and peanut butter. I like snacking on bags of nuts like pistachios, cashews and almonds. Another snack favorite are sweet potato chips dipped in pineapple salsa. (Don’t knock it until you try it!)

Dinner

Dinner is a veggie burger topped with half of an avocado, sprinkled with feta with a sweet potato on the side topped with a dash of cinnamon and steamed veggies (broccoli, zucchini and squash).
