The actress worked with stylist Law Roach to put together the custom TORISHÉJU ensemble.

Zendaya doesn’t make nearly as many public appearances as we would like her to, but when she does, she always steals the show. The Spider-Man: Far From Home star attended a screening for Dune: Part Two at Mexico City’s Four Seasons Hotel on Feb. 5, where she totally nailed her look.

The 27-year-old worked with stylist Law Roach, who sent waves through the fashion world after her retired due to mental health reasons and industry pressures last year. Zendaya donned a unique custom gray TORISHÉJU gown featuring a super cropped, ab-baring top and ultra low-rise skirt with a mile-high slit and pops of red throughout. Both items included carefully placed padded panels and tons of intentional extra material.

The Greatest Showman actress, who stars in upcoming tennis drama film, Challengers, accessorized with minimal jewelry, a slicked-back bun with one face-framing strand left loose, and pointed-toe black stilettos.

“I ride super hard for my team, especially for people I love,” Zendaya has said about Roach. “He’s involved in every fashion contract, everything I do. If I have an opportunity where he can come with me, he’s always going to be there. He’s always been my creative director in a sense, and he continues to fill that role, because it’s more than just clothes on a red carpet.”

It’s clear that Roach feels similarly about the star.

“I’m grateful for her giving me the opportunity to shine,” Roach added, complimenting the actress right back. “It’s not often that such a big superstar like that is very generous and understanding when someone wants to step out. She’s been one of my biggest supporters.”
