HEIDI KLUM says call off the dogs. Justin Bieber did not, in fact, try to touch her boob, telling Page Six:

He was totally not touching me, by the way. I know that was like a big thing, 'Justin Boober.' It maybe looks like that because sometimes in pictures things look a little . . . I'm like, what are they talking about? He's very polite and very nice.

This calls into question everything we thought we knew about the Biebs. We're going to have to sit and think about this one.
