Reports: Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper are expecting their first child

Model Irina Shayk is pregnant and debuted her growing baby bump on the Victoria's Secret runway, according to reports.

If the rumors are true, 10-time SI Swimsuit model Irina Shayk is going to be one hot momma!

Following the Russian beauty's debut appearance on the Victoria's Secret runway, reports started streaming in that the model and girlfriend to actor Bradley Cooper is pregnant with their first child. Reps for the couple have yet to confirm the pregnancy or respond to requests for comment from PEOPLE Magazine, but that hasn't stopped the Internet from totally losing it over what is bound to be one of the cutest celebrity babies of all time!

The couple has been dating since the spring of 2015 and made their first red carpet appearance together at the L'Oreal Red Obsession Party in Paris. Since then, the gorgeous pair has continued to make headlines for their PDA-filled exotic getaways and hand-in-hand strolls through the Big Apple.

Despite the alleged baby bump, Irina killed it on the VS runway, where she rocked a range of sheer sets, covered up by a fringe robe and trench coat. The show was filmed at the Grand Palais in Paris, and will air on Monday on CBS.
