Kelsey Merritt Is on Island Time in Stunning Black One-Piece and Straw Hat

The model’s latest trip has taken her to Turks and Caicos, and she’s taking full advantage of the sunshine.

The winter season, for model Kelsey Merritt, has been filled with jet-setting. Of course, in all of her travel, she has been sure to include a handful of stops in various warm-weather destinations. In November, that meant a trip to the Maldives. Now, it means a stop in Turks and Caicos.

In between, she traveled to New York, various destinations in Japan, Aspen, Colo., and Paris. And while each of those trips were attention-worthy—she knows how to travel in style—we’re pretty caught up with Merritt’s tropical getaways right about now. There’s something to be said for living vicariously through others, and that’s precisely what we’re doing with Merritt and her latest social media content from paradise.

The 27-year-old recently spent some time in the aforementioned Turks and Caicos, and she took to Instagram to offer up some idyllic snaps from her getaway thus far. In the photos, the model posed in a black V-neck one-piece, white button-down shirt and a black silk scarf. With a straw hat and matching clutch, she couldn’t have looked more primed and ready for her afternoon by the pool—her apparent perch for the day.

“island attire,” she captioned the handful of photos that she shared to her account.

Merritt certainly knows a thing or two about cultivating the perfect—and perfectly relaxing—environment while on vacation. Though we don’t have any getaways on the books ourselves in the near future, we’re content to live vicariously through the SI Swimsuit model (for now).
