BTS for the making of Summer of Swim featuring Hannah Ferguson

If you've ever seen our infamous show on the Travel Channel, following the highly anticipated release of our annual issue each February, then you know that the ladies of SI Swimsuit are not only hard workers but also willing to do whatever it takes to bring you the perfect image.

The same rings true of two-time SI Swimsuit model Hannah Ferguson when it came to creating our first-ever off-season Summer of Swim feature. Ready to brave the cold—a whopping 37 degrees on a mid-April morning—in barely-there bikinis, we should all be bowing down to Hannah for her relentless pursuit of perfection to please the SI Swimsuit faithful.

Oh and did we mention how unbelievable photographer Nicholas Routzen was, as well? While Hannah and crew ran inside between shots to warm up (myself included, #sorrynotsorry), our dedicated artist was scouting his next backdrop at the Trump Soho and ensuring the set was ready for our fearless model to do her thing (as quickly as possible).

A big shoutout goes to the amazing team who made Summer of Swim possible. Let us all take a moment to remember that modeling, while seemingly glamorous, is actually really, really hard work—and we have the best girls around!
