Pride Month is a time to celebrate and recognize the LGBTQ+ community’s advancements toward protection, equality and inclusion. In addition to the annual parades and celebrations, this June, many fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands are giving back to the LGBTQ+ community in major ways.

Going beyond celebratory collections, these 12 brands are also donating money and implementing initiatives that are aimed at celebrating, empowering and aiding lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex people everywhere.

From a limited-edition scent to a genderless clothing collection launched in collaboration with SI Swimsuit model Olivia Ponton, we have rounded up 12 brands with Pride Month collections that are offering purchases with a greater purpose this June.

Bombas

In celebration of Pride Month, the brand’s latest Pride Collection features calf socks boasting rainbow stripes and a quote from LGBTQ+ activist Ruth Ellis ($14), ankle socks decorated with seven unique Pride Flags ($86.45), as well as numerous other colorful styles. For each purchase made, Bombas has pledged to donate essential clothing to organizations supporting people facing homelessness, including the Ruth Ellis Center, which gives crucial resources to LGBTQ+ people in need of support. The quote on the Bombas and Ruth Ellis Center socks reads, “Let Everyone Know,” serving as a call to be open about your pride while serving as a reminder that places like the Ruth Ellis Center exist to give those in need a place that feels like home.

Harry’s

In addition to the brand’s limited-edition Pride Shave Set ($30), Harry’s has chosen to spotlight the work of Saeed Jones, a poet and writer who is focused on the intersection of identity, power and legacy. The limited-edition shave set features a poem written by Jones and comes with an iridescent craft handle, unique to this partnership. With every Pride Shave Set purchased, $5 will be donated to The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth.

Bobo’s

Bobo’s is giving back 100% of the proceeds from the brand’s Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Oat PRIDE Bar ($17.99) to The Center on Colfax to aid in the mission of engaging, empowering, enriching and advancing the LGBTQ+ community.

Vera Bradley

Vera Bradley released a line of multi-colored styles designed to empower and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community this month and always. The brand is also donating $10,000 to Free Mom Hugs, a nonprofit organization of allies that advocates for the LGBTQ+ community.

Haverhill

Haverhill has released a new collection of Rainbow Jewelry in 14K gold in honor of Pride Month. Additionally, 10% of each purchase of the new collection is donated to The Trevor Project.

Havaianas

Havaianas, known for their iconic flip flops, has released a new Pride Collection that spotlights a handful of LGBTQ+ people that make up Brazil’s rich community. As a part of the collection’s release, the brand has partnered with All Out, an NGO and initiative that advocates for LGBTQ+ rights worldwide. The brand is pledging 7% of all profits from product sales of Havaianas Pride goods all year to the organization.

The two teams have also joined forces to address the inadequacy of the Brazilian census, which up until last year failed to include questions related to sexuality or gender identity. In response, Havaianas and All Out plan to implement a survey that will reach previously overlooked populations and could provide invaluable data to change the daily realities of the LGBTQ+ community.

ALT Swim

ALT Swim is donating 10% of all Metallic Swimwear Collection sales through the month of June to The Trevor Project, allowing consumers to contribute to the brand’s mission of spreading love and acceptance to create a world where every single person feels valued and celebrated.

Friday Collective

Friday Collective creates candles carefully tailored to feelings, and in honor of Pride Month, the brand has released a limited-edition scent, Free to Be ($12.99). With notes including dewy greens, glittering raindrops, soft rose petals and grounding wood moss, the scent is equally uplifting and refreshing.

Havly

For every Bowie Bath Towel ($65) sold by the award-winning towel brand, Havly is donating $1 toward manufacturing towels for shelters providing a refuge for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness.

The Body Shop

For every Out For Love Highlighter ($20) purchased, $1 will go to Advocates for Youth, an organization that fights for better health outcomes for LGBTQ+ youth, also furthering the brand’s work on the Equality Act.

American Eagle

American Eagle has teamed up with SI Swimsuit model Olivia Ponton to create a genderless collection celebrating Pride. American Eagle will also continue its work with the It Gets Better Project by donating $100,000 to support the organization.

Dr. Martens

Committed to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community always, Dr. Martens has partnered with three artists to create boots that explore the role that creativity plays in strengthening and empowering queer communities through the brand's Pride Collection. One collaborator to the collection, Loveis Wise, created a boot with dreamlike illustrations that celebrates trans and nonbinary joy. Another collaborator, Fuyuku Kanai, created a boot with monochrome illustrations that promotes inclusivity, community and queer relationships. In addition to this initiative, the brand is continuing its partnership with The Trevor Project by donating $200,00.
