Alyssa Miller made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2011 and was included in six different magazine features within a span of three years.

Throughout her career, she has worked with notable brands including Guess and Stella McCartney, and Miller has been featured on the cover of notable publications such as Vogue Italia. While the 33-year-old had a brief stint as an actress (she appeared in an episode of Entourage), she’s pivoted industries and is now a musician.

At the time, Miller said her SI Swimsuit photo shoot in Seychelles was her first time ever visiting the East African country.

“The water is crystal clear, super blue and the sand is great, like super white, soft sand,” she said of the location. “It’s amazing.”

The model expressed how much she enjoyed working with photographer James Macari, and shared that her first snapshot of the trip featured a special guest—a tortoise named George.

“We ended up with this really amazing pose, where I was like laying across these wood pilings and it was just a moment,” Miller stated of another photo op. “It was beautiful.”

Below are 10 of our favorite images captured at Miller’s photo shoot in Desroches Island, Seychelles.
