Nicole Williams English’s 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie photoshoot will never not leave our jaws on the floor. The new mom, who welcomed baby girl India Moon with her husband, former NFL player Larry English, in January, posed while seven months pregnant for the magazine last year.

She embraced her belly and channeled ultimate Mother Nature vibes with a hint of mermaid sultriness for the feature. The 40-year-old, who celebrated her milestone birthday in Mexico last month, was photographed by Yu Tsai on the breathtaking island of Dominica.

“One of the first covers [I saw] was the 1997 Tyra Banks in the polka-dot bikini,” the Nia Lynn designer recalled. “I remember just being in awe and thinking she's just mind-blowing. That cover and then a Heidi Klum cover. I’d put [the pictures of models] all over my walls, and I literally just manifested.”

Williams English, a native of Canada, has been open about her journey with IVF and her struggles with getting pregnant.

“To be able to now be a rookie and to also surprise everybody with my pregnancy, it’s just a double whammy for me. It’s the two most unreal things I could have ever dreamed of,” she gushed. ”The fact that I’m actually a rookie and shooting while pregnant, it’s just really cool to know that my baby girl is going through this with me and that one day she’s gonna look back and see all these photos and know that she was shooting for SI with mama.”
