Alex Morgan and Servando Carrasco Donate 1,500 Meals to Families in Need

Alex Morgan and husband Servando Carrasco team up with Hunger: Not Impossible to donate 1,500 meals to the Los Angeles community

SI Swimsuit cover model and USWNT superstar Alex Morgan and her husband Servando Carrasco of the L.A. Galaxy are donating 1,500 meals to the Los Angeles community.

The duo joined up with Hunger: Not Impossible (H:NI) a text-based service that connects families in need with prepaid meals from nearby restaurants.

The couple posted a video explaining their initiative and encouraged their followers to join them by donating to H:NI. The caption to fans read, “With people struggling to stay safe, healthy, and employed there are more people than ever who aren’t sure where their next meal is coming from.”

Families in need can text the word “HUNGRY” to the H:NI service and from there they can order a meal from a nearby restaurant and pick it up for free. Donations are not only providing meals to those in need but also helping to keep the struggling restaurant industry in operation.
