Bar Refaeli is engaged to boyfriend Adi Ezra, the supermodel's rep confirmed to PEOPLE on Tuesday.

Ezra, a 40-year-old Israeli businessman, proposed to Refaeli, 29, while the two were vacationing in the Caribbean last week, reports local newspaper Israel HaYom.

According to sources speaking to Israel Hayom, Ezra popped the question on Wednesday evening and Refaeli, who was visibly moved, immediately said yes.The two were introduced by mutual friends about two years ago, and other than a couple-months-long breakup, the two have been together ever since. The couple's friends say the proposal was only a matter of time.

Refaeli has not yet commented on the engagement herself, but she did post a romantic photo to Instagram on Wednesday.
