Throwback Thursday: Cheryl Tiegs

When it comes to iconic SI Swimsuit models, Cheryl Tiegs deserves a spot at the head of the table. She is widely considered America's first supermodel and the 1978 poster of her in a pink bikini found a home on the wall of just about every adolescent boy living in America in the 1970s. Tiegs made nine appearances in the swimsuit issue including three covers (1970, 1975, and 1983). In today's Throwback Thursday, we pay homage to Tiegs with this 1989 video and a gallery of her finest swimsuit pics.
