Chrissy Teigen can wish us happy birthday anytime!

On Sunday, the former SI Swimsuit cover model took to Instagram to send some special birthday love to celebrity publicist and pal Marisa Martins. But this wasn't just your average social media message. Baring all in her birthday suit, Chrissy posed nude behind hubby John Legend and gave the world their first glimpse at her gorgeous post-baby body.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY @MARISAMXO!!!!” she captioned the sizzling snap.

Chrissy and John welcomed their first child just six months ago and haven't slowed down since. And while the model hasn't been too shy to show off her figure on social media, she recently told PEOPLE that she isn't totally comfortable getting naked in front of the camera just yet.

“Every shoot I have right now, I request like all one-pieces please or anything high-waisted,” Chrissy explained. “I’m still definitely not comfortable. I think I’m fine in clothes. But am I comfortable naked or in a bikini? Not exactly yet.”
