Chrissy Teigen is prioritizing her health and getting a check up for safety. The supermodel posed for a topless photo with her arm covering her chest as she laid on a table at the doctor’s office. The mom of four, who shares her kids Luna, Miles, Esti and Wren, with husband and singer John Legend, rocked a bare-face and covered up with a mask and her hair in a ponytail. She shared an important message with her 42.4 million Instagram followers.

“mammogram/boob ultrasound reminder! when else do you get to see your boob as a one inch steak!? ultrasound also comes with free titty lotion good for the entire day!!,” the 37-year-old captioned the post and encouraged other women to get themselves checked out. “(I had both ultrasound and mammogram!)”

Tons of fans chimed in to the comments to thank Teigen for spreading the positive message and opened up about their stories.

“ThankU for reminding everyone !! 🍒💓,” London-based breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel wrote.

“Ladies so important early detection and prevention is key as we see cancer diagnoses rise!!!! I was diagnosed at 26 and am a survivor... Check those tatas ladies ❤️❤️,” one person added.

“Mammogram saw what I couldn’t feel & saved my life 💗 #breastcancersurvivor,” another chimed.

“Thank you for this !! My last mammogram saved my life - detected invasive breast cancer before it could be felt. I opted for double mastectomy and have a super favorable prognosis!! Keep up the pink ribbon love 💗,” someone gushed.

“Thank you for using your platform to encourage women to take care of their health,” one fan stated.
