Shortly after ringing in her milestone 70th birthday, Christie Brinkley is celebrating with a leap into the water.

The iconic SI Swimsuit model shared a joyous Instagram photo on Friday of herself jumping off a boat into a body of water below. Brinkley donned a red Baywatch-inspired one-piece swimsuit for the occasion, and her blonde locks flowed behind her as she was captured mid-leap.

The model and mom of three’s carousel also included group snapshots and other members from her party jumping off of the watercraft for a swim. Brinkley’s 25-year-old daughter, Sailor Brinkley Cook, was featured, and she wore a bright aquamarine-colored string bikini and matching cover-up for the occasion.

“Jumping into 70 with a boatload of fun and counting my blessings everyday! 12 of them are in the last photo! #friends #sensational70 #livelyupyourself 🩵💙🩵,” Brinkley wrote in her caption.

Plenty of the supermodel’s 896,000 Instagram followers chimed in to the comments section with feedback.

“70 never looked soooo good 👏🔥,” one person gushed.

“Ooooo…want to be swimming NOW!” someone else noted.

“Beautiful pictures of fun times with best friends! ☀️ 🛥️,” another user added.

“Congratulations ❤️ ❤️ it looks like you had so much fun ❤️❤️❤️,” an additional fan observed.

When her mother rang in her birthday on Feb. 2, Brinkley Cook celebrated the occasion with a sweet mother-daughter Instagram reel full of footage, including a compilation of the two seated at a sporting event, giggling together and dancing. Watch it here.
