Everyone from Hailey Bieber to Melissa Wood-Tepperberg has embraced cold plunge therapy, and it turns out actress Courteney Cox is no stranger to the method, either.

In an Instagram update on Feb. 5, the Friends star shared recent life snippets, from a sweet selfie with friend and former costar Lisa Kudrow to an up-close pic of one of her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pups. Cox also included some funny footage of herself getting ready to immerse herself in an outdoor cold plunge tub.

The Scream actress stood on a wooden deck next to the pool with one foot perched up on the side of it. She donned a purple bikini for the occasion, and the 59-year-old wore her hair up with a few face-framing pieces left loose.

“Is this cheating? Because your feet get really f------ cold,” Cox quipped while pointing to a pair of ice bath socks on her feet.

Plenty of Cox’s 14.9 million followers chimed in to the comments section to not only exclaim over the Friends mini reunion, but to comment on her cold plunge methods.

“Not just your feet babe 🧊🧊🧊🥶🥶🥶,” Jo Harvey joked of the icy experience.

“she knows where it’s at with the socks 😂,” someone else added.

“Body goals CC 😉👏,” another follower added.

In an interview with Glamour last November, Cox discussed her unexpected love of cold plunges.

“I thought I would never do a cold plunge,” she told the outlet. “I thought I would hate it, but I love it so much. I feel great for hours afterwards. So as much as you dread getting in, you know that you’re going to feel so good.”
