When we last spoke with Dominique Piek, she was caught up in New York Knicks fever and secretly crushing on Lena Dunham. Luckily for a certain ubiquitous prime time TV host, she gotten over Dunham and moved onto better things. In this video from her 2010 swimsuit shoot in the Bahamas, Piek discusses her upbringing in South Africa, her start in the industry and her reaction after being named a SI Swimsuit model. So as the South African model celebrates her 28th birthday on Saturday (on a yacht somewhere in the Mediterranean Sea (according to this story, at least), we celebrate with a photo tribute to the South African beauty.
