Genie Bouchard Shares Late-Summer Highlight Reel, From Bikini Boat Days to Training

With her professional pickleball debut on the horizon, the pro tennis player is enjoying the off-season while staying active.

For Canadian tennis player Genie Bouchard, the end of the summer season has looked pretty idyllic. Following a few big professional tennis tournaments in July and August—including an attempt to qualify for the US Open in New York—the 29-year-old had the chance to relax a little and enjoy the last few weeks of the season.

The time off from tournament play didn’t mean a complete end to the Montreal native’s court time, though. In a reel that the athlete posted to her TikTok on Sept. 26, she shared a montage of memories from the end of the summer months, including several clips of afternoon sessions on the tennis court.

Though the Grand Slam season is over, Bouchard is still working hard. In between those training sessions, she took to the water at various times of the day for idyllic boat rides with handfuls of friends. One afternoon, in particular, saw the tennis pro don a black string bikini and a chic magenta maxi skirt for a relaxing cruise on a boat.

“The end of summer,” as Bouchard captioned the post, also included a handful of fabulous night-out ensembles. While they all showcased her great sense of style, our favorite was a green, yellow and blue tie-dye mini dress well-suited for a night out in the city.

The tennis player, who will make her professional debut on the Professional Tour of Pickleball (PPA) in the new year, is making the most of her off-season, but continuing to practice for her various sports endeavors.
