Gwyneth Paltrow Flaunts Toned Abs in White Set on the Beach

Actress and wellness entrepreneur Gwyneth Paltrow recently enjoyed some quality time in Mexico with her children, Apple and Moses Martin, and shared the sunny snaps to Instagram to prove it.

On Dec. 23, the mom of two posted a carousel from her family-filled getaway, starting with a beachside photograph of the mother-daughter duo. Paltrow and her 19-year-old daughter posed next to each other at sunset, and they both showed off fresh faces and glowing skin. While Martin donned a long black maxi dress, Paltrow opted to show off her six-pack instead. She wore a white strapless bra top and matching high-waisted shorts for the occasion.

The Goop founder also included pics of her children on a boat together and individual snaps of the two. In the comments section, many of Paltrow’s 8.3 million followers drew comparisons to Paltrow’s daughter and one former actress in particular.

“Apple is giving Brigitte Bardot ♥️,” singer Katy Perry observed, to which many others concurred.

“Most beautiful fam 💖,” Tracy Anderson added.

“Apple is so beautiful… Got it from her Mama!🥰,” one user noted.

“Hope you guys have a blast! ❤️,” another fan wished.

The Shakespeare in Love actress recently told Bustle that since reaching her milestone 50th birthday last year, she’s become more in tune with herself than ever before.

“I was concerned I was going to feel a lot of grief or fear because I remember when I turned 40, the anticipation… I really flipped out. I didn’t have that at all at 50. I was like, ‘I love my friends. I love my husband. I love my kids. Yeah, my job is hard. But this is good,’” Paltrow said. “... It’s like: I don’t give a f--- what anyone says about me, thinks about me, this is who I am. I felt like 50 was a deepening into myself. And, apparently, that just keeps getting better.”
