Heidi Klum has been in the news this week after it was announced that she'll join Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Mel B as the judges on the new season of America's Got Talent. Klum famously got her start in Sports Illustrated, where she appeared in the appeared in the swimsuit issue nine separate times (1998-2002, 2004, 2006, 2006-08) . In addition to SI, Klum has been a spokesperson for McDonald's, Dannon, H&M, Liz Claiborne, Jordache and Volkswagon. In addition to modeling, Klum is an actress and has appeared in the movies Blow Dry, Ella Enchanted, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers and Perfect Stranger as well as the television shows How I Met Your Mother, Spin City, Yes Dear and Sex in the City. She's also the current host of Project Runway and Germany's Next Top Model. If that's not enough, she has designed clothing lines (most recently with New Balance) and is an artist, author and singer. So Heidi has been busy and is a worthy candidate for today's Throwback Thursday.
