Jasmine Sanders is the 2019 SI Swimsuit Rookie of the Year!

Jasmine Sanders is shining some of that Golden Barbie light on an incredible cause: Rescue Animals. Two days ago she posted a video with the cutest puppy I’ve ever seen (aside from my own dog of course) announcing she has a new roommate.

Jasmine partnered with LA-based non-profit, I Stand With My Pack, to foster the adorable pup during the quarantine. ISWMP focuses on the removal of dogs from high-risk kill shelters, assists in an extensive rehabilitation process and places each dog with a loving home.

Turns out this is one lucky puppy because after just a few days with Jasmine, it was decided she would be his forever home! She posted a beyond sweet picture of her new friend on Instagram yesterday sharing the good news and asking her followers for name ideas! Celebs like Love Don't Cost a Thing Actress, Christina Milian, and  VH1's Mob Wives Star, Drita, jumped in on the fun offering names like Boss and Prince.

We can’t wait for all the fun content to come with these blue-eyed beauties. Fingers crossed she brings him on her next SI Swimsuit photoshoot!

Have a lot of free time with the quarantine? Reach out to your local shelter and ask about fostering a dog of your own. Being a foster is a great option for those of us who work a ton or just simply don’t have the time. Not to mention, being stuck in quarantine can get lonely, so who better to keep you company than a cute furry friend?
