Kaia Gerber Stuns in String Black Bikini Top and Low-Rise Leather Pants
Kaia Gerber is surely following in her iconic mother’s footsteps. The model landed the cover of WSJ Magazine’s Spring Women’s Fashion issue and looks absolutely stunning.
For one particular image included in the feature, the 22-year-old, who is the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford and Casamigos founder Rande Gerber, flaunted her slim figure and toned abs in a string black bikini top and low-rise leather pants featuring small belt buckle cut-out details on the sides. She channeled edgy biker chic vibes with sultry and smokey glam, including an all-over bronzed glow and a bold, vintage-inspired mauve-brown lip.
The photo shoot was captured by Lachlan Bailey and styled by Geraldine Saglio.
Gerber, who is dating Elvis star Austin Butler, spoke to the publication about her career, and how having famous parents has benefitted her own path.
“I can actually ask my parents advice on career things, on business things. That’s very rare, to have parents who are in the same industry or career as you, whose advice you actually can trust,” she shared. “I don’t think it’s a topic that will go away, so I’ve clearly reached a point of acceptance. I personally am very aware of all the wonderful things it has done for me, and I would never, ever say anything negative about it, because that is my truth about it.”
Outside of work, the Los Angeles native is super passionate about reading started the Kaia Gerber Book Club about a year ago.
“It is hard for me as a person to understand that I have been perceived before actually meeting someone. It always surprises me, then, when people say things like, ‘Oh, you’re actually really smart,’” she said. “I think that a big part for me of starting a book club is I did reach a point where I really resented [fame] and felt angry. Why do people get to take something from me when I leave my house? And then all of a sudden, I was like, ‘This gives me something. This can be a gift.’”
