Another year, another swimsuit cover for Kate Upton. The Florida native opens up about how she found out she was on the cover and how last year's experience will help this time around. Upton also discusses the freezing cold of Antarctica, the jacket that kept her warm (and served as her wardrobe for the cover shoot) and how a group of penguins motivated her to endure the difficult climate.
