IN JUNE it was the covers of British Vogue(her second in 18 months)and Cosmo Australia. But appearing on the cover of a September issue, as Kate Upton will do for the upcoming ELLE UK, is a whole 'nother animal. If you've ever picked up (or tried to pick up) a fall fashion preview you'd know that September is the month fashion mags vie with one another to put out the longest, bulkiest issue/affront to postal workers, on the newsstands.
