Kate Upton defies gravity AGAIN during an intense, acrobatic workout

We will never, EVER forget the first time Kate Upton defied gravity. I mean, how could we?

So when we heard that our favorite blonde bombshell was breaking the laws of physics again, we HAD to investigate. It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it.

And sure enough, that's just what we found. During her latest aerial yoga workout routine, Kate can be seen dangling upside down in a fabric hammock. Poking fun at MLB boyfriend Justin Verlander's earlier post, Kate captioned the photo: "Come on everyone is doing it @ben_verlander @justinverlander #rainday #justhanging".

The couple has been vacationing at Albany, a luxury resort community in the Bahamas, since the start of the new year, and clearly haven't been too afraid to escape some dodgy weather by hitting the gym for a few unconventional workouts. In fact, now that we mention it, this is just one of Kate's recent gym antics.

A couple of weeks ago, the former SI Swimsuit cover model took to Instagram to share an adorable video of her lifting weights with what we can only assume is her spotter—also known as their puppy, Harley. Here's hoping we get another glimpse of Kate's workout regimen sooner than later. Talk about some serious motivation to workout...
