Kate Upton is not only a 'total badass in the gym,' but she also happens to have a way with creating unforgettable hashtags.

In what has easily become our favorite fitness series on Instagram, Kate posted yet another hip-thrusting video on Sunday that has the Internet trying to figure out how lifting weights can look SO HOT. The former SI Swimsuit cover model captioned the video with "I like to start my morning #pumpingandhumping @benbrunotraining."
