Two-time swimsuit cover model Kate Upton has been the subject of countless dating rumors over the years - everyone from Kanye West to Mark Sanchez to a California high school student (he wishes, at least). Perhaps her most well-recognized suitor is Tigers ace Justin Verlander. We're not sure when their relationship began or ended, but Upton had a tweet on Friday that said it all about the current state of their union:

Why was Upton in the presence of a baby tiger? She is the subject of Carine Roitfield's latest spread for Harper's Bazaar (along with fellow SI Swimsuit model Irina Shayk) where she also poses with baby ocelots and baby monkeys. And how is Verlander taking Upton's twitter slight? He was the losing pitcher in yesterday's 7-0 defeat to the Yankees.

While we're on the subject of sports, Michigan native Upton will certainly be rooting for the men in blue during tonight's National Championship game between the Wolverines and Cardinals.
