Kate Upton is an absolute legend around here, and one of the model’s best assets, besides her incredible talent in front of the lens, is her sense of humor.

In case you missed it, the three-time SI Swimsuit Issue cover model recently joined TikTok, and she appears to be having a ball thus far. Not only has she taught non-sports fans how to join the bandwagon, the 31-year-old mom of one has also provided a humorous glimpse into parenthood

Our favorite of Upton’s TikTok content thus far has to be her Nov. 22 post, which started out with video footage from her 2014 SI Swimsuit Issue photoshoot on the Cook Islands with photographer James Macari. In the video, Upton held on to her bright yellow bikini top strings as she posed in the water. “Me 1% of the time” was written across the screen.

The clip then cut to a present day Upton laying back on a sun lounger in a long sleeve zip-up top and sun hat with SPF in hand, clearly practicing sun safety. “Me 99% of the time,” the screen read.

“Thank god for spray tans,” she further quipped in her caption.

Plenty of the model’s 17,000 followers on the video-based platform quickly chimed in to the comments section.

“If they can’t handle the 99%, they don’t deserve the 1%,” one person wittily wrote.

“Verlander be winning at life tbh,” another user added of Upton’s MLB star husband, Justin Verlander, who is a pitcher for the Houston Astros. The two are parents to a 5-year-old daughter, Genevieve.
