Lindsey Vonn isn't afraid to take it all off to prove Strong is the New Beautiful

Lindsey Vonn is living proof that Strong is the New Beautiful, and in an effort to promote her new fitness motivation guidebook, the Olympic gold medal skier is showing she isn't afraid to take it all off.

The book, which encourages fans to "embrace [their] natural beauty, eat clean, and harness [their] power," exposes Lindsey's personal exercise and diet routines and offers insightful tips to help readers make smart decisions every day.

And as if her body-painted photos for SI Swimsuit 2016 weren't enough proof that whatever Lindsey's doing works, the skier posed in the nude, with nothing but her ski poles, for promotional photos leading up to the release of her book.

“Strong Is the New Beautiful is filled with all of the expert information and guidance you need to make the right choices,” Lindsey told People. “It is the perfect companion for living life to the fullest.”

Lindsey's book is available now and can be purchased online or at most major book retailers in the U.S.
