Nicole Williams English and her husband, former NFL player Larry English, made several headlines last July when they announced they were expecting their first baby while on the runway during Miami Swim Week. The model, activist, entrepreneur and new mom of baby girl India Moon is a 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie and will be featured in the magazine this month.

Williams English was photographed by Yu Tsai in Dominica late last year. She and her husband, who have been open about their journey with IVF, welcomed their daughter in January.

“I hope that I can inspire people and show a part of me, especially being pregnant doing this,” she says about what she wants people to take away from her photos. “To be able to show my daughter this and to be able to tell her the story of how I got here and how hard I worked to get here and how this was my biggest dream and my biggest goal and to tell her to chase her dreams and never give up, this is just so special.”
