Eighty-two years ago today, a legend was born. Martha Stewart, author, influencer and one of the 2023 SI Swimsuit cover models, turns 82 years old today, Aug. 3.

The phenom has made a substantial impact throughout her long life, from declaring home trends in print and on television to creating her own lifestyle brand, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She has left an indelible mark on American culture and society. In honor of her special day, her company shared a fashionable and fun Instagram throwback tribute for their fearless leader.

“Happy birthday to our founder @marthastewart48! 🎂 As we reflect on the lessons Martha has taught us (whether it's how to bake the best birthday cake, host the ultimate party, or fold a fitted sheet) we also know that mastering these life skills is really all about one thing: Finding the good things that make life that much better,” the caption on the post read.

In the snap, a young Stewart smiled softly at the camera. She donned a chic two-toned one-piece swimsuit adorned with a thin white belt.

“What has Martha taught you over the years? Leave your comments and birthday wishes below!” the caption continued, encouraging love and support for Stewart from hundreds of followers and fans.

“She taught me that every single aspect of homekeeping can be beautiful and inspired, that one woman can influence our entire culture and beyond ✨,” one follower said of her far-reaching impact.

The businesswoman, who traveled to the Dominican Republic for her 2023 cover photoshoot, is as beautiful now as ever. Happy birthday, Martha!
