Melissa Wood-Tepperberg recently traveled to Costa Rica, and the 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie shared plenty of sunny pics with her 1.1 million Instagram followers after the fact.

The workout and wellness leader’s Jan. 6 post began with a serene photo of Wood-Tepperberg out on the water aboard a boat. She sprawled out in the next slide, offering fans a better view of her animal print bikini, chic accessories and ultra-toned abs.

The 41-year-old MWH founder was also photographed with her family, including husband Noah Tepperberg and her two children, Benjamin and Elanor. It appears that the four had a great time exploring caves, soaking up the sun, and of course, squeezing in some movement on their trip.

It also seems that the trip to Central America provided Wood-Tepperberg with some valuable perspective that she plans to embrace in 2024.

“Bringing the Pura Vida energy of embracing the positive spirit and philosophy of living a pure life you feel in Costa Rica back home with me. 🫶🏼,” she wrote in her caption, and tagged luxury resort Four Seasons Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo as her location.

The pics have since racked up more than 19,000 likes and tons of feedback from Wood-Tepperberg’s followers.

“Looks amazing and the fam is so beautiful!❤️,” Karina Freedman gushed.

“I’m getting married in Costa Rica in two months for this exact reason!” a fan shared.

“One of my favorite places on earth,” Lois Robbins concurred. “Happy New Year! Enjoy!❤️.”
