It's Throwback Thursday and we're traveling to the tiny town of Vrinik, Croatia for Michelle Alves' 2005 swimsuit spread. In this video, the Brazilian native shows off her seductive side and dishes on her disastrous attempts at finding a sport to play. After failing miserably at swimming and volleyball, she finally found her groove with karate. Since appearing in SI, Alves has gone onto become a top model and landed deals with with Valentino, Christian Dior, Escada, Ralph Lauren, Missoni, Miss Sixty, Michael Kors, GAP, Emporio Armani and Michael Kors Swimwear.
