5 Super “Green” Foods

An avocado is full of fats that will not expand your waistline

Avocado - Avocados are loaded with heart healthy monounsaturated fats that help with the absorption of vitamins A, E, K, and D. It passes through the digestive system slowly, fueling the body, keeping you satisfied longer.

Cabbage is the healthy half of your corned beef & cabbage duo.

Cabbage & Broccoli - Cruciferous vegetables are classified as antioxidant vegetables due to their high amounts of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.  They have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer effects.

Kale is the go to super food of the super models.

Kale and Spinach - Both contain chlorophyll among many other nutrients, which help fight off infection in the body, heal wounds, and work to keep the immune system strong. These vegetables also promote healthy digestion and circulatory health.
